Autism Queensland recently had the pleasure to work with “Ezybidz” at our Charity Gala Dinner. From the initial meeting we have found all the staff to be approachable, professional and very knowledgeable about the fundraising industry. “Ezybidz” went above and beyond what was required of them, assisting Autism Queensland staff when possible at busy stages throughout the event.
We also used the Ezybidz Electronic Bidding System for the evening. This system saw the auction run smoothly and efficiently, allowing Autism Queensland staff to concentrate on other aspects of the event.

 Since inception the Variety Vintage Wine Auction Luncheon has been a huge success and the seventh anniversary year was no exception, with the event selling out and the auction raising just under $200,000 – a new record on both accounts!
In superb weather in the picturesque courtyard at the National Wine Centre the guest tasted twelve wineries 2014 vintage. The exceptional quality of wines, critiqued so eloquently by Jeremy Oliver, certainly influenced the events success.
The increasing success of Variety Vintage is attributable to the wonderful support of our supporting wineries, sponsors and the generosity of our guests bringing the overall total to just under the milestone figure of $1 million net for children in need in our state.
Many thanks to you and your team at Ezybidz for organising our bidding system at a reduced rate. Also for your assistance on the day which contributed to a seamless and professional silent auction.

In September 2009, the Sydney Global Illumination Organising Committee held a gala cocktail party at the Toaster in Circular Quay on behalf of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
At the Cocktail party a silent auction was held consisting of nearly 40 prizes. At past events the National Breast Cancer Foundation relied on an outdated paper system to facilitate silent auctions. This system is both time consuming and fraught with challenges and was a path the Organising Committee were reluctant to go down again. After an exhaustive search of alternative methods we luckily came across Ezybidz who facilitated our Silent Auction utilising their new technology.
Not only was this system incredibly easy for our guests to use (as easy as using your own mobile phone!) it also doubled the income we received from our 2008 event. We were thrilled with the professionalism, support, guidance and care shown to us by David Streichler and Michael Dever from Ezybidz. Their system was far easier to use and of even greater benefit was it was far less expensive than other silent auction methods currently available.
I would have no hesitation recommending them to other charitable organisations.

The Balmain Tigers Leagues Club annual Hall of Fame Dinner is a primary source of income for Balmain Junior Football. A major component of the dinner was a silent auction which “Ezybidz” set up and ran, as well as providing appropriate memorabilia for the silent auction. The memorabilia was of a consistently high standard and was very well presented.
“Ezybidz” ran the silent auction through their Ezybidz electronic system which included the option of payments being made directly to “Ezybidz”, greatly facilitating the auction process. This was of benefit to both the purchasers and the staff of Balmain Tigers. The set up process included the incorporation of memorabilia from other sources into the display, which was visually pleasing and effective with all items clearly labelled.
“Ezybidz” provided all the necessary equipment together with fully trained and courteous staff that was able to assist the attendees with the electronic bidding process. The equipment supplied included table menus detailing the bidding instructions and laptops for those who were without mobile phones.
The process was extremely user-friendly and added interest to the silent auction. The dinner was a success both as a fundraiser and social event. This success was largely attributable to “Ezybidz’s” ability and willingness to source the appropriate variety of items for the silent auction. All requests for specific items were readily met with products of the highest calibre.
I would not hesitate to recommend “Ezybidz” to any person or organisation planning a fundraising event. I found them to be reliable and honest in all their dealings with Balmain Tigers.

The Ezybidz team were excellent both pre-event and during the night with guests. Lucy was wonderful to deal with – nothing was an issue. It made the event very seamless and stress free. Furthermore Lucy was fantastic on the night and there to assist with any queries.The system on the night was also excellent everyone loved the auction being online – we had a lot of people bidding who were not able to attend the event. Ezybidz are great to deal with – will definitely recommend and use Ezybidz again for this event next year.

Sanna was extremely easy to deal with. The pre-event communication was timely, informative and easy to manage. Even though other parts of the event planning were not going quite to plan, Sanna was always accommodating, flexible and professional in dealing with our changes and requests. It was really fun, Guests enjoyed the fact that they could use their phones to register and bid and then see their bids up on the leader board. Even those “techno-phobe” guests that had a bit of trouble registering enjoyed the process and watching/helping them out was all part of the fun. The whole team were very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They were extremely easy to work with and guests felt they were approachable but not too “in your face.”
